I. i will only take a select few commissions at a time. this does not necessarily mean it will be first come, first serve; someone who provides me with references and is detailed in their order will have priority over someone with insufficient information. i’m willing to be patient and work with people, of course, but i can’t guarantee an open slot :)II. please do not pay me in FULL upfront. my policy is half up front, and half after completion. more information is in the REFUNDS section, so please check that out.III. be honest with me about what you want for your commission. you aren’t hurting my feelings by telling me to change something; you’re paying me to do a service and i want to do it right :( that being said, major changes in the later stages of the commission (e.g. color scheme change, different outfit, different background, etc.) will come with additional costs.IV. as the artist i reserve the right to post the finished commission on social media. if you don’t want me to please inform me in advance.V. you may not remove my signature from the commission in any way, shape, or form.VI. please bear in mind what i am and am not comfortable drawing. below is a list of what i will and won’t do.

I. half of the payment will be sent upfront, while the other will be sent after completion. i won’t begin your commission until you send over the first half.II. i will contact you periodically while working on your commission. i’ll send you sketches to make sure you like how it’s going. when i begin lineart, i will contact you — PAST APPROVING IT AT THAT POINT, YOU CAN NO LONGER REQUEST A REFUND. i will continue to update you with the commission’s progress, but even if you end up not wanting or liking the finished piece, you’ll still have to pay.III. when your commission is complete, i will notify you and send a blurred/watermarked version for proof. you will receive the full version upon sending the final payment. :)
